Privacy Policy

Who we are
This site is operated by Gibraltar Builders LLC, a Florida certified general contractor (CGC1508274) building homes in Palm Bay, Florida. It shows homes Gibraltar has for sale and lets you ask a Gibraltar sales agent about them. Questions about this policy: sales@gibraltarbuilders.com.
What we collect
- Enquiry form. Your name, phone number, email address, buying timeline, your questions, the home you asked about, and the page you sent the form from.
- Site use. For each page you load we record the page, the home you viewed, the site you came from, campaign tags in the link, your country, whether you used a phone or a computer, and a one-way hash of your connection and browser that changes every day. We do not store your IP address and we do not use advertising cookies.
- Your browser only. Saved homes, compare selections and your model assumptions are kept in your own browser's storage. They never leave your device.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry. Your form goes into Gibraltar's customer system and to one Gibraltar sales agent, who may call, text or email you about it.
- To understand how people find and use this site.
- To meet legal and record keeping duties.
Who sees it
Gibraltar staff and its sales agents. The service providers that run this site, the customer system and email (Cloudflare and Google). A lender or title company only if you ask us to connect you. We do not sell your information.
Calls, texts and email
When you send the enquiry form you agree that Gibraltar Builders and its sales agents may contact you by phone, text and email about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop at any time: reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or email sales@gibraltarbuilders.com. Consent is not a condition of buying a home.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in Gibraltar's customer system while you are a prospect or customer and for the period Florida record keeping rules require. Site use records are kept for up to two years.
Your choices
Email sales@gibraltarbuilders.com to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. You can clear saved homes and assumptions by clearing your browser storage for this site.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
